Privacy Policy

Who we are

HCS Logic is an operational systems firm, independently operated from Oklahoma, United States. It is not an incorporated company: whoever runs the project is directly answerable for what this policy describes.

What we collect

The only way this site collects personal data is the diagnosis form. When you complete it you may give us:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the company you are writing from;
• your phone number, if you choose to give it — it is optional;
• the free text you write about your operation, your processes, or the problems you want to solve.

You write that free text yourself and we do not steer it: we recommend you leave out credentials, sensitive data, and confidential third-party information that we do not need in order to understand your request.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. It does use your browser session storage to carry what you write in the homepage mini-diagnosis over to the form: that text stays on your device, is cleared when you close the tab, and does not reach us until you submit the form.

What we use it for

We use the information you send us to:

• analyze your request and understand the problem you describe;
• prepare and send you a reply;
• follow up commercially on that same request;
• improve how the service and this site work.

We do not use it for other purposes without telling you first.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not build advertising profiles from what you write to us.

Providers that process data for us

To keep the site running and to receive your diagnosis we rely on technical providers, which process the information solely in order to deliver that service:

• Vercel — hosting and site infrastructure.
• Resend — delivery of the email that brings us your diagnosis.

Each provider handles the data under its own terms. We do not authorize any of them to use it for their own purposes.

Where the information is processed

We operate from the United States, and our technical providers may process and store the information on servers located in the United States or other countries. If you write to us from outside the United States, note that your data will be handled outside your country of residence.

How long we keep it

We keep the information for as long as we need it to handle your request and the follow-up that comes out of it. Once keeping it no longer makes sense, we delete it.

Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No internet-connected system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.

Your choices

You can ask us for access to the information you have sent us, for its correction, or for its deletion.

Write to info@hcslogic.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the way we work or the services we use change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
