Terms of Use
These are the terms under which you can use this site and what we offer on it.
About this site
This is the informational site of HCS Logic, a project independently operated from Oklahoma, United States. Its content describes how we work and what kind of systems we build.
By using it you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use it.
The diagnosis
The diagnosis we offer here is an initial assessment built from what you tell us. It exists to frame a first conversation: it is not a complete analysis of your operation and it guarantees no result.
Sending it creates no contractual relationship. Any work that follows is agreed separately and in writing.
Not professional advice
Neither the content of this site nor the outcome of the diagnosis is legal, financial, tax, accounting, or any other regulated professional advice. Before making decisions that call for it, consult a qualified professional.
Projects and examples
The projects and examples we show describe real work at different stages. They may evolve, change scope, or stop running. What a system achieves in one context does not predict what it would achieve in yours.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, graphics, code, and brand — belongs to HCS Logic unless stated otherwise. You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not reproduce it substantially, resell it, or present it as your own without our permission.
Acceptable use
By using this site you agree:
- not to attempt access to non-public parts of the site or the systems behind it;
- not to interfere with how it runs or subject it to abusive automated load;
- not to send illegal or malicious content through the form, or third-party data you have no right to share;
- not to use its content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are offered as they are. We work to keep the information correct and current, but we do not guarantee that it is exhaustive, or that the site is always available or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HCS Logic is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content. This limitation does not affect rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the way we work changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version.
